Flat Sheet Folding System
The Stealth folding system accurately folds and stacks flat sheets, duvet covers, and other flat items. It
accommodates various material types and thickness including flannel, satin, and items with ruffles or piping. A cardboard can be inserted into the item in the 1st
cross fold, and folded items are stacked in two troughs, separating 1st & 2nd quality.
Final folded size ranges from 6" x 9" to 14" x 14" (15cm x 23cm to 35cm x 35cm). The Stealth folds up to
900 pieces per hour. It can be connected to an automatic sewing system or can stand alone. A Pressing Unit presses down each folded item, enhancing the fold and package quality. |

VENUS
Versatile Folding & Stacking System for Flat and Fitted Sheets
The Venus system automatically folds and stacks both flat and fitted
sheets, making a standard fold, Book-Fold, and Brintech's
exclusive One-Layer Fold. Using Brintech's innovative
folding method, the VENUS is the only system of its kind that can insert
the cardboard into the first or second layer of the product, showing only
one layer of the border on the front of the folded sheet.
The Venus accommodates various material types including poly/cotton,
sateen, flannel, sheets with lacing, piping, and sheets with ruffles.
Final folded size ranges from 6" x 9" to 14" x
14" (15cm x 23cm to 35cm x 35cm). The Venus folds up to
600 sheets per hour.

Fitted Sheet Folding System
The Orion folding system accurately folds and stacks fitted sheets. It provides manufacturers with high quality folds and increased reliability. The Orion accommodates various material types and thicknesses including poly/cotton, sateen, and flannel. A cardboard can be inserted into the sheet in the 2nd
cross fold, and folded sheets are stacked in two troughs, separating 1st & 2nd quality.
Final folded size ranges from 6" x 9" to 14" x 14" (15cm x 23cm to 35cm x 35cm). The Orion folds up to
660 fitted sheets per hour. Our Pressing Unit presses down each folded sheet, enhancing the fold and package quality. |

MARS
Book-Fold Folding & Stacking System for Fitted Sheets
The Mars system automatically folds fitted sheets into a Book-fold
pattern. Utilizing Brintech's innovative and technologically advanced
design, the Mars folds the sheet around a cardboard creating a book-fold,
which is highly demanded in the textile industry. A standard fold can also
be achieved, with or without a cardboard. Folded sheets are stacked in two
troughs.
The Mars accommodates various material types including poly/cotton,
sateen, and flannel. Final folded size ranges from
6" x 9" to 14" x 14" (15cm x 23cm to 35cm x 35cm).
The Mars folds up to 600 fitted sheets per hour. |

Pillowcase Folding System
The Viper folds a variety of pillowcase materials including flannel, satin, and pillowcases with ruffles or piping. A cardboard can be inserted into the pillowcase, and folded items are stacked in two stackers, separating 1st & 2nd quality.
Final folded sizes are 5½" x 9" to 7" x 9" (14cm x 23cm to 18cm x 23cm). The Viper accurately folds up to
1,800 pillowcases per hour, and can be linked to an office computer for monitoring and data collection. |

JUPITER
Pillow Sham Folding System
The Jupiter accurately folds pillow shams of various material types and sizes. Folded pillow sham will show the ruffles or border on one side of the package. A cardboard can be inserted into the pillow sham, and folded items are stacked to a desired stack count.
The Jupiter folds up to 900 pillow shams per hour. Second quality shams are advanced into a container. The Jupiter can be linked to an office computer for monitoring and data collection. |

BREEZE II
Pillow Sham Folding System
The Breeze II accurately folds pillow shams of various material types and
sizes. Pillow shams are folded up to ¼ of their original size in both the
lateral fold and crossfold sections. Folded shams are stacked by a high
capacity stacker.
The Breeze II folds up to 1,200 pillow shams per
hour. It can fold
padded, quilted, and corded pillow shams, as well as pillow shams with
ruffles. It is designed to integrate with the manufacturer's production
line for complete automation.

Bedskirt Folding System
The Saturn folding system accurately folds and stacks bedskirts and dustruffles. All lateral folds are accomplished with reverse conveyors to ensure folding accuracy.
Folded bedskirts are stacked in two troughs by our advanced Fold-N-Stack unit. Final folded size ranges from
6" x 9" to 14" x 14" (15cm x 23cm to 35cm x 35cm). The ruffles are shown on all sides of the package. The Saturn folds up to

The Breeze makes high quality folds of towels of various sizes. Towels can be folded to
1/2, 1/4, or 1/3 of their original width and length. The Breeze folds up to
